Portfolios disappeared, pro status nonexistent

Hi.
I’m posting this here because there appears to be no way to get in contact with staff there. I haven’t used this much since I signed up on Sept 4, but I pay for it every month. The last payment of $19 was on Oct 27. I had portfolios on here that have disappeared. Please make the service available to me ASAP.

Hey Rio, the account you are writing from never had a Pro subscription according to our records. Could it be that you have another account you used to log in?
