Why I can't see performance and other data for my portfolio earlier than Dec 2017?

Hello everyone,
Just joined Portfolioslab and uploaded my portfolio. Attempted to analyze it and it turns out I can't see any data such as Performance etc. earlier than December 2017. The system correctly identifies that "the earliest data available for this chart is Aug 6, 2009, corresponding to the inception date of AVGO". What's wrong? I have paid PLUS subscription. Thank you.

We've been dealing with a higher load on our services recently, which may have caused slower data downloads. Are the charts still cut off at that date for you? If that's the case, could you share the link to your portfolios? We'll look into it further.
