Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of gold companies located in Europe and the Pacific Rim. The fund's advisor defines securities of gold companies as equity securities of companies that derive at least 50% of gross revenue or profit from mining, processing, or dealing and investing in gold, as well as companies whose primary business is exploring for gold or that provide services to the gold industry. It may invest up to 15% of its net assets in private placements and other restricted securities.

It may buy securities of gold and precious metals operation companies located anywhere in the world and in general invests predominantly in non-U.S. companies. The fund may invest in companies without regard to market capitalization, and may heavily invest in small- and mid-capitalization companies.

FKRCX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities of companies principally engaged in gold-related activities, and in gold bullion or coins. It invests up to 25% of assets in gold and other precious metals through a wholly-owned subsidiary. The fund invests primarily in common stocks and in certain precious metals. It invests primarily in companies engaged in exploration, mining, processing, or dealing in gold, or to a lesser degree, in silver, platinum, diamonds, or other precious metals and minerals.

FSAGX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of foreign and domestic issuers principally engaged in gold related activities and gold bullion. The adviser focuses on stocks that are undervalued, but which appear to have favorable prospects for growth. Because most of the world's gold production is outside of the United States, the advisor expects that a significant portion of the fund's assets may be invested in securities of foreign issuers, including those located in emerging markets.

GOLDX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in securities of companies principally engaged in gold-related activities, instruments that derive their value from gold, gold coins and bullion. A company principally engaged in gold-related activities is one that derives at least 50% of its revenues from gold-related activities, including the exploration, mining or processing of or dealing in gold. It concentrates its investments in the gold-mining industry and therefore invests 25% or more of its total assets in such industry.

INIVX

In pursuit of its investment objectives, the fund invests at least 65% of its total assets in (i) securities (e.g., common and preferred stocks, bonds, convertible securities, etc.) of companies primarily involved, directly or indirectly, in the business of mining, processing, fabricating, distributing or otherwise dealing in gold, silver, platinum, other precious metals, or other natural resources ("Natural Resources Companies") and (ii) gold, silver, and platinum bullion and coins.

MIDSX

The fund principally invests (normally at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of domestic and foreign companies of any size engaged in all sectors of the gold mining and precious metals industries. A foreign company is one that is organized under the laws of a foreign country and has the principal trading market for its stock in a foreign country.

OCMGX

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests mainly in common stocks of companies that are involved in mining, processing or dealing in gold or other metals or minerals, gold bullion, other physical metals, and precious metals-related ETFs and may invest all of its assets in those securities. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the fund's net assets, plus any borrowings, for investment purposes will be invested in those securities, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities.

OPGSX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests substantially all (at least 80%) of its net assets in equity securities of Precious Metals Companies that are traded in the United States and in derivatives, which primarily consist of futures contracts and options on securities, futures contracts, and stock indices. It may invest to a significant extent in the securities of Precious Metals Companies that have small to mid-sized capitalizations. The fund also may purchase American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") to gain exposure to foreign Precious Metals Companies and U.S. government securities. It is non-diversified.

RYPMX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of companies located throughout the world, in both developed and emerging markets, that are primarily engaged in mining or processing gold (“Gold Related Securities”). It may also invest in gold bullion and other precious metals, i.e., silver and platinum (“Other Precious Metals”). However, no more than 20% of the fund's total assets may be invested directly in gold bullion and other precious metals.

SGDLX

The investment seeks to provide investors the opportunity to participate in the investment characteristics of gold for a portion of their overall investment portfolio. To achieve its objective of providing investors the opportunity to participate in the investment characteristics of gold, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in gold and/or securities directly related to gold or issuers principally engaged in the gold industry, including securities of gold mining finance companies as well as operating companies with long-, medium- or short-life mines.

SGGDX

Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity and equity-related securities of companies principally engaged in the exploration for, or mining and processing of, precious stones and minerals, including but not limited to, gold, silver, platinum group, palladium, rare earth minerals, and diamonds. The fund also may purchase call and put options, and enter into covered option writing transactions. In addition, the fund may invest up to 15% of its net assets in illiquid securities. It is non-diversified.

UNWPX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of domestic and foreign companies (including those located in emerging markets) principally engaged in the exploration, mining, or processing of gold and other precious metals and minerals, such as platinum, silver, and diamonds. It is non-diversified.

USAGX

Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity and equity-related securities of companies principally involved in the mining, fabrication, processing, marketing or distribution of precious metals including gold, silver, platinum group, palladium, as well as diamonds. The fund may also short positions in the fund's portfolio that are considered by the Adviser to be overvalued in an effort to realize a valuation discrepancy.
