The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. common stocks without regard to market capitalizations. It invests using a growth investing style. Growth funds generally focus on stocks of companies believed to have above-average potential for growth in revenue, earnings, cash flow, or other similar criteria. The fund invests its assets in the securities of a limited number of companies, which the fund's investment manager believes show a high probability for superior growth.

Nasdaq

TAAGX

The fund normally will invest at least 75% of its total assets in the traditional funds. The advisor will determine the specific asset allocation program on a continuous basis, based on its forecast of the overall market. On each day that the fund is open for business, the advisor will review the asset allocation program and reallocate and will reallocate for any new underlying funds in which the fund may elect to invest. The advisor also will reallocate the fund's investments in the traditional funds at the end of each fiscal quarter to maintain the asset allocation program.

TCGAX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets in a diversified portfolio of corporate bonds, U.S. government and agency securities, convertible securities and preferred securities. The investment manager will only purchase securities for the fund that are investment grade, with a rating of at least "BBB" as rated by Standard & Poor's or a comparable rating by another nationally recognized rating agency. The fund will not invest in Excluded Securities.

TFIAX

The investment seeks to provide total return through a combination of growth and income and preservation of capital in declining markets. The fund primarily invests in equity securities, including affiliated Exchange Traded Funds ("ETF's"), and in fixed income securities. It will normally hold both equity securities and fixed income securities, with at least 25% of its assets in equity securities and at least 25% of its assets in fixed income securities.

TIGIX

The fund primarily invests at least 80% of its total assets in larger U.S. stocks. Larger stocks refer to the common stock of companies whose total market capitalization is generally greater than $2 billion. It invests using a growth investing style. Growth funds generally focus on stocks of companies believed to have above-average potential for growth in revenue, earnings, cash flow, or other similar criteria. These stocks typically have low dividend yields and above-average prices in relation to such measures as earnings and book value.

TLGAX

The fund normally invests in U.S. common stocks. It will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in companies whose total market capitalization exceeds $2 billion. The fund invests using a value investing style. Value funds typically emphasize stocks whose prices are below average in relation to such measures as earnings and book value; these stocks often have above-average dividend yields.

TLVAX

The fund invests varying percentages of its total assets in Real Estate Investment Trusts, Commodities-based securities, Various Fixed Income securities, TIPS and cash and cash equivalents. During times of significant market upheaval, it may take large, small, or even no position in any one or more of the Asset Classes, may invest in gold and other eligible precious metals to the maximum extent allowed, and/or may hold some or all of the fund's assets in cash and/or cash equivalents.

TPDAX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in a diversified portfolio of high yield fixed income securities. These include corporate bonds, convertible securities and preferred securities. The Investment Manager will generally purchase securities for the fund that are not investment grade ("junk" bonds), meaning securities with a rating of "BB" or lower as rated by Standard & Poor's or a comparable rating by another nationally recognized rating agency. The fund will not invest in Excluded Securities.

TPHAX

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of foreign companies (companies domiciled in countries other than the United States), without regard to market capitalizations. It invests using a growth investing style. Growth funds generally focus on stocks of companies believed to have above-average potential for growth in revenue, earnings, cash flow, or other similar criteria. These stocks typically have low dividend yields and above-average prices in relation to such measures as earnings and book value.

TPIAX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. stocks with market capitalizations that fall within the range of companies included in the Russell 2000 Index (the "index"). It invests using a value investing style. Value funds typically emphasize stocks whose prices are below average in relation to such measures as earnings and book value; these stocks often have above-average dividend yields.

TPLNX

The investment seeks to generate medium to high levels of long-term capital growth. The fund normally invests at least 75% of its total assets in the traditional funds. The advisor will determine the specific asset allocation program on a continuous basis, based on its forecast of the overall market. On each day that the fund is open for business, the advisor will review the asset allocation program and reallocate, as necessary, and will reallocate for any new underlying funds in which the fund may elect to invest.
