The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in investment grade U.S. dollar-denominated fixed income instruments. It uses a multi-manager approach under the general supervision of SEI Investments Management Corporation (SIMC or the Adviser), allocating its assets among one or more sub-advisers (each, a Sub-Adviser and collectively, the Sub-Advisers) using different investment strategies designed to provide current income consistent with the preservation of capital.

SIDCX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in corporate debt securities and at least 80% of its assets in "investment grade" debt securities. It may invest up to 25% of its assets in non-U.S. dollar denominated fixed income securities of foreign issuers. The advisor intends to invest not more than 10% of the fund's assets in non-U.S. dollar denominated fixed income securities of foreign issuers for which the fund has not implemented a currency hedge. The fund may invest in securities of any maturity or duration.

SIGAX

The fund invests primarily in a diversified portfolio of debt securities. These include debt obligations issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government and foreign governments and their agencies and instrumentalities, debt securities issued by U.S. and foreign companies, collateralized mortgage obligations, and U.S. and foreign mortgage-backed and asset-backed debt securities. The fund may invest in debt instruments of any maturity or with no maturity and it may invest in both investment-grade securities and non-investment grade securities (also known as "high-yield bonds" or "junk bonds").

SMARX

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in debt securities issued by corporate and other non-governmental issuers, including dollar-denominated debt securities issued by foreign companies. It also invests at least 60% of total assets in securities that, at the time of purchase, are investment grade securities or in unrated securities determined to be of comparable quality. Under normal circumstances, the fund's average effective duration will be between three and ten years.

SRINX

The fund primarily invests in a diversified portfolio of U.S. dollar denominated corporate obligations and other fixed income instruments that are rated investment grade (BBB-/Baa3 or better) or unrated instruments that the subadviser believes are of comparable quality. It invests at least 80% of its net assets in corporate bonds.

STICX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its investable assets in bonds of corporations with varying maturities. For purposes of this policy, bonds include all fixed-income securities, adjustable rate securities and floating rate securities, other than preferred stock, and corporations include all private issuers.
