Under normal market conditions, the fund invests primarily in income producing securities with a focus on agency and non-agency commercial and residential mortgage-backed securities (“MBS”), corporate bonds, convertible securities, and mortgage real estate investment trusts (“REITs”). From these investments, the fund seeks to deliver monthly dividends. It may invest in fixed income securities that have fixed or floating interest rates.

Nasdaq

ACXAX

The investment aims for long-term capital growth. The fund's goal is to outperform the BNP Paribas Catalyst Systematic Alpha Index (the "Benchmark") after considering fees and expenses. It achieves this by investing in securities linked to the Benchmark and actively managing an equity portfolio.

ATRFX

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund primarily invests in equity securities of U.S. and foreign issuers. The allocation of its investments to U.S. and foreign issuers and among various levels of market capitalizations may vary substantially depending on various factors, including market conditions, but under normal conditions, at least 40% of the fund’s assets is invested in securities of issuers domiciled in at least 3 countries outside of the United States, and at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes are invested in equity securities. It may invest in companies of any market capitalization.

CAXAX

The investment seeks current income.  Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in U.S. dollar denominated floating rate secured loans and other floating rate debt instruments, including: floating rate bonds; floating rate notes; floating rate debentures; and tranches of floating rate asset-backed securities, including structured notes, made to, or issued by, U.S. and non-U.S. corporations or other business entities; and other investment companies (including exchange traded funds) that invest primarily in floating rate assets.

CFRIX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities that constitute the NASDAQ-100 Index ® (“NDX”). The NDX is a large-capitalization growth index comprised of the 100 largest domestic and international (including emerging markets) non-financial companies listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market based on market capitalization.

CLPAX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by combining a tactical allocation process intended to offer downside protection during significant market declines, with individual stock selection. The sub-advisor uses a proprietary quantitative risk model that seeks to remain fully invested in equities continuously, during bull market conditions, and to shift defensive only during sustained periods of heightened equity market risk.

CLTAX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in common stocks of U.S. companies. In addition to common stocks, other types of equity securities in which the fund may invest include real estate investment trusts ("REITs") and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"). Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of the fund's net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities defined as common stocks, REITs and ADRs. It is non-diversified.

CPEAX

The mutual fund description states that it invests in a portfolio with exposures to futures, options on futures, and common stocks. Up to 60% of its assets are allocated to both the Futures Component and the Equity Component.

DCXIX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in agency and non-agency commercial and residential mortgage backed securities ("MBS") and other fixed income asset-backed securities, including securities backed by aircraft, automobiles, credit card receivables, and student loans. It does not limit its investments to a particular credit quality and may invest in distressed asset backed securities and other below investment grade securities (commonly referred to as "junk") without limitation. The fund may hold up to 15% of its net assets in illiquid securities. It is non-diversified.

EIXIX

The fund invests in a non-diversified group of low-quality, high yield corporate bonds and convertible securities. It may invest without limitation in non-investment grade corporate bonds rated Baa or lower by Moody's or BBB or lower by S&P (also known as "junk" bonds). The fund may also invest in corporate issues that have defaulted. While there are no restrictions on maturity, the bonds in the fund's portfolio generally have an average maturity of less than ten years. It is non-diversified.

HIIFX

The investment seeks current income. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in short-term U.S. corporate bonds issued by companies, including real estate investment trusts ("REITs"), whose executives are purchasing shares of the company's common stock. It may invest in corporate bonds of any credit quality, effective maturity or average modified duration, but the advisor intends to hold a majority of the portfolio in investment grade corporate bonds with an average effective maturity of less than four years and an average duration of less than three and a half years. The fund is non-diversified.

IIXIX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in common stocks of U.S. companies, including real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). It purchases positions in stocks that are experiencing insider buying by corporate executives, directors, large shareholders or activist shareholders. The fund may invest in companies of any market capitalization, including smaller-sized companies, but the adviser intends to emphasize larger capitalization stocks.

INSAX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a portfolio comprised of (i) futures contracts, forward and spot contracts, and/or options on futures contracts on or related to the following sectors: currencies, interest rate instruments, stock indices, metals, energy and agricultural commodities, (the "Futures Component") and (ii) equity ETFs, common stocks (the "Equity Component"), intended to capitalize on the non-correlated, long term historical performance of the equities and managed futures asset classes.

MBXAX

MBXIX

The investment seeks current income and capital appreciation. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in the publicly-listed equity securities of U.S. and Canadian companies that generate a majority of their cash flow from midstream energy infrastructure activities. It may also invest in the equity securities of master limited partnerships (MLPs) engaged in energy related businesses. It is non-diversified.

MLXIX

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in put and call options on exchange traded funds (ETFs) that track the S&P 500 Index (Index ETFs), and in fixed income securities. Using a combination of put and call options on index ETF's, the fund's investment sub-advisor, Exceed Advisory LLC initially executes the equity options strategy by seeking to provide an investment vehicle that limits losses to 12.5% when the Index declines in value, and to participate in increases in the index up to approximately 15%.

SHIIX

The fund invests primarily in a broad range of income-producing securities. These include equity securities, such as dividend-paying common stocks and REITs and debt securities, such as interest-paying bonds and convertible bonds. It may also invest in preferred stock, master limited partnerships and bank notes. Generally, at least 30% of the fund's assets is invested in equity securities.

TRIFX

The fund invests primarily in a broad range of domestic and international, including emerging markets, fixed income and equity securities. It invests at least 25% of its assets in fixed income securities and at least 25% of its assets in equity securities. Fixed income securities include interest-paying bonds and convertible bonds. Equity securities include common stock, preferred stock, and options on those securities.
