The investment seeks to generate returns over time in excess of the Bloomberg Commodity Index. The advisor expects that most of the fund's commodity investments will be through exchange-traded futures contracts, and exchange-traded forward contracts, on commodities, in each case held by its Cayman Subsidiary. The fund may also invest, directly or through the Cayman Subsidiary, in options on futures contracts linked to commodities, CLNs linked to commodity indices, and ETFs and ETNs whose returns are linked to commodities or commodity indices within the limits of applicable tax law. It is non-diversified.

PQCMX

The fund seeks exposure to the performance of the commodities markets. It will invest in exchange-traded products, including investment companies and commodity pools, that provide exposure to the commodities markets and in commodity-linked derivative instruments, which primarily consist of swap agreements, commodity options, and futures and options on futures. The fund also may invest up to 25% of its total assets in a wholly-owned and controlled Cayman Islands subsidiary. It is non-diversified.

RYMEX

The fund invests in commodity-linked derivative instruments backed by a portfolio of fixed income instruments. It invests in commodity-linked derivative instruments (a contract whose value is based on a particular commodity), such as commodity-linked swap contracts, commodity-linked structured notes, options and futures contracts, to gain exposure to the investment return of assets that trade in the commodity markets, without investing directly in physical commodities.

SKIRX

Global Macro is an investment strategy that is defined by its freedom to trade both long and short positions in an array of asset classes and investment instruments located anywhere in the world. Under normal market conditions, the advisor expects to primarily invest in securities and instruments that provide investment exposure to a variety of countries and regions throughout the world, including both developed and emerging markets.

Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in commodity-linked derivative instruments backed by a portfolio of Fixed Income Instruments.
