The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities. The fund will invest significantly (at least 40%) in the securities of companies that are located, headquartered, incorporated or otherwise organized outside of the United States. These companies generally have market capitalizations in excess of $1 billion. It may use derivatives such as stock index futures contracts to equitize cash and enhance portfolio liquidity.

The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in the equity securities included in the MSCI EAFE Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of the securities contained in the American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), European Depositary Receipts (EDRs), and Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs) representing such securities and Index futures approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

NOINX

Except in extraordinary circumstances, at least 80% of the fundâs net assets will be invested in debt instruments that pay interest that is exempt from regular federal income tax. The fund's dollar-weighted average maturity, under normal circumstances, will range between three and ten years.

NOITX

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in a broadly diversified portfolio of equity securities in large capitalization U.S. companies, including foreign issuers that are traded in the U.S. Large capitalization companies generally are considered to be those whose market capitalization is, at the time the fund makes an investment, within the range of the market capitalization of the companies in the Russell 1000 Index.

NOLCX

In seeking long-term capital appreciation, the fund will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large capitalization companies. Large capitalization companies generally are considered to be those whose market capitalization is, at the time the fund makes an investment, within the range of the market capitalization of the companies in the Russell 1000 Value Index.

NOLVX

The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in equity securities included in the S&P MidCap 400 Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of securities contained in the S&P MidCap 400 Index, and in S&P MidCap 400 Index futures approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

NOMIX

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of small capitalization companies, which are considered to be those whose market capitalization is, at the time the fund makes an investment, within the range of the market capitalization of companies in the Russell 2000 Value Index. Many of the companies in which the fund invests retain their earnings to finance current and future growth. These companies generally pay little or no dividends.

NOSGX

The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in the equity securities included in the S&P 500 Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of the securities contained in the S&P 500 Index, and in S&P 500 Index futures approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

NOSIX

The investment seeks to provide a high level of current income exempt from regular federal income tax.  In seeking high current income exempt from regular federal income tax, the fund may invest in a broad range of municipal instruments. A municipal instrument is a fixed-income obligation issued by a state, territory or possession of the United States (including the District of Columbia) or a political subdivision, agency or instrumentality thereof. Except in extraordinary circumstances, at least 80% of the fund&#39;s net assets will be invested in debt instruments that pay interest that is exempt from regular federal income tax.

NOTEX

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government or by its agencies, instrumentalities or sponsored enterprises and repurchase agreements relating to such securities. Its dollar-weighted average maturity, will range between one and ten years. The fund may also make significant investments in securities issued by U.S. government-sponsored enterprises. Obligations issued by U.S. government-sponsored enterprises are neither issued nor guaranteed by the U.S. Treasury and therefore are not backed by the full faith and credit of the United States.

NOUGX

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of small capitalization companies. Small capitalization companies generally are considered to be those whose market capitalization is, at the time the fund makes an investment, within the range of the market capitalization of companies in the Russell 2000 Index. Many of the companies in which the fund invests retain their earnings to finance current and future growth. These companies generally pay little or no dividends.

NSGRX

The investment seeks to provide investment results approximating the aggregate price and dividend performance of the securities included in the Russell 2000 Index. The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in the equity securities included in the Russell 2000 Index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of securities contained in the Russell 2000 Index, and in Index futures approved by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

NSIDX

Except in extraordinary circumstances, at least 80% of the fundâs net assets will be invested in debt instruments that pay interest that is exempt from regular federal income tax. The fund's dollar-weighted average maturity will range from at least one year to less than six years.

NSITX

The fund will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government or by its agencies, instrumentalities or sponsored enterprises and repurchase agreements relating to such securities. Its dollar-weighted average maturity, under normal circumstances, will range between two and five years.

NSIUX

The investment seeks to provide investment results approximating the overall performance of the securities included in the MSCI World ESG Leaders IndexSM. The fund will invest substantially all (and at least 80%) of its net assets in equity securities included in the index, in weightings that approximate the relative composition of the securities contained in the index, and in ADRs, EDRs, and GDRs representing such securities. The index is a capitalization weighted index that provides exposure to companies with high Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) performance relative to their sector peers.

NSRIX

The fund will, under normal circumstances, invest primarily (and not less than 80% of its net assets) in fixed-income securities. It invests in investment grade domestic debt obligations (i.e., obligations rated within the top four rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization ("NRSRO") or of comparable quality as determined by the fund's investment adviser).

NTAUX

In seeking long-term capital appreciation, the fund will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of large and mid-capitalization U.S. companies that the investment adviser believes have favorable environmental, social and governance ("ESG") characteristics under a third-party vendor's rating methodology.

NUESX

The investment seeks to maximize total return (capital appreciation and income) to the extent consistent with preservation of principal. The fund will, under normal circumstances, invest primarily (and not less than 80% of its net assets) in fixed-income securities. It invests in investment grade domestic debt obligations (i.e., obligations rated within the top four rating categories by a Nationally Recognized Statistical Rating Organization or of comparable quality as determined by the fund's investment adviser).
