The GMO Quality Fund seeks to generate total return by investing primarily in equities the Focused Equity team believes to be of high quality.

The investment seeks total return. The fund is permitted to invest directly and indirectly (e.g., through underlying funds or derivatives) in equities of companies tied economically to any country in the world, including emerging countries. In addition, the fund may lend its portfolio securities. It also may invest in U.S. Treasury fund, in money market funds unaffiliated with GMO, and directly in the types of investments typically held by money market funds. It is non-diversified.

GQETX

The fund invests directly and indirectly (e.g., through underlying funds or derivatives) in equities of companies tied economically to countries other than the United States, including both developed and emerging countries. Under normal circumstances, it invests directly and indirectly at least 80% of its assets in equities.

GTMIX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests directly and indirectly (e.g., through other GMO Funds or derivatives) at least 80% of its assets in bonds. The term "bond" includes (i) obligations of an issuer to make payments on future dates of principal, interest (whether fixed or variable) or both and (ii) synthetic debt instruments created by GMO by using derivatives (e.g., a futures contract, swap contract, currency forward, or option).

GUGAX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets in Direct U.S. Treasury Obligations and repurchase agreements collateralized by these Obligations. "Direct U.S. Treasury Obligations" include U.S. Treasury bills, bonds and notes and other securities issued by the U.S. Treasury, as well as Separately Traded Registered Interest and Principal Securities (STRIPS) and other zero-coupon securities. GMO normally seeks to maintain an estimated interest rate duration of one year or less for the fund's portfolio.

GUSTX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests (including through investment in the underlying funds) at least 80% of its assets in equities. In addition, under normal circumstances, it invests (including through investment in the underlying funds) at least 80% of its assets in equities tied economically to developed markets. The fund also may invest in equities tied economically to emerging markets (which are not part of the fund's benchmark), but those investments typically will represent 10% or less of the fund's net assets measured at the time of purchase.
