The Baird Intermediate Bond Fund (BIMIX) aims to achieve an annual total return greater than the Bloomberg Barclays Intermediate U.S. Government/Credit Bond Index after accounting for expenses. The fund typically invests at least 80% of its net assets in U.S. dollar-denominated debt obligations, including U.S. government and public-sector agency debt, asset-backed and mortgage-backed obligations issued by U.S. and foreign entities, and corporate debt issued by U.S. and foreign entities.

BIMIX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in the following types of U.S. dollar-denominated debt obligations: U.S. government and other public-sector agencies, asset-backed and mortgage-backed obligations of U.S. and foreign issuers and corporate debt of U.S. and foreign issuers.

BIMSX

The investment seeks current income that is substantially exempt from federal income tax; total return with relatively low volatility of principal is a secondary objective. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds and debentures, the interest from which is exempt from federal income tax. It invests in a broadly diversified portfolio of municipal obligations issued by governmental authorities throughout the U.S. and its territories. The fund may invest in all types of municipal obligations, including pre-refunded bonds, general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, municipal lease participations and tax-exempt commercial paper.

BMBSX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities of U.S. and foreign mid-capitalization companies, principally common stocks, preferred stocks, securities convertible into common stocks and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") that are traded on major U.S. exchanges. Although the fund principally invests in U.S. companies, the fund may invest up to 15% of its total assets in equity securities (consisting of common stocks, ordinary shares and ADRs) of foreign companies.

BMDSX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds and debentures, the income from which is exempt from federal income tax. It invests in a broadly diversified portfolio of federally tax-exempt municipal obligations issued by governmental authorities throughout the U.S. and its territories. The fund may invest in all types of municipal obligations, including pre-refunded bonds, general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and municipal lease participations.

BMNSX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds and debentures, the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (including the federal alternative minimum tax (AMT)). It invests in a broadly diversified portfolio of federally tax-exempt municipal obligations issued by governmental authorities throughout the U.S. and its territories.

BMQSX

The Baird Short-Term Bond Fund (BSBIX) aims to achieve a total return, before expenses, higher than the annual return of the Bloomberg Barclays 1-3 Year U.S. Government/Credit Bond Index. The fund primarily invests at least 80% of its assets in U.S. dollar-denominated debt obligations, including U.S. government debt, asset-backed and mortgage-backed securities from U.S. and foreign issuers, and corporate debt from U.S. and foreign issuers. In addition, the fund only invests in debt securities rated as investment-grade by at least one major rating agency or, if unrated, deemed investment-grade by the advisor.

BSBIX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities of U.S. and foreign small- and mid-capitalization companies, principally common stocks and American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") that are traded on major U.S. exchanges. It may invest up to 15% of its total assets in equity securities (consisting of common stocks, ordinary shares and ADRs) of foreign companies.

BSGSX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds and debentures, the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (including the federal alternative minimum tax (AMT)). It invests principally in investment grade municipal obligations, rated at the time of purchase by at least one major rating agency, but may invest up to 30% of its net assets in non-investment grade municipal obligations (sometimes referred to as "high yield" or "junk" bonds).

BSNSX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. Although it invests principally in U.S. companies, the fund may invest up to 15% of its total assets in equity securities of foreign companies. Equity securities in which the fund may invest include common stocks, preferred stocks, American Depositary Receipts (“ADRs”) or other depositary shares or receipts, rights, warrants, exchange-traded funds (“ETFs”), and options whose reference asset is an equity security or equity securities index. The fund is non-diversified.

BSVSX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in municipal bonds and debentures, the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (including the federal alternative minimum tax ("AMT")). It invests in a broadly diversified portfolio of federally tax-exempt municipal obligations issued by governmental authorities throughout the U.S. and its territories. The fund may invest in all types of municipal obligations, including pre-refunded bonds, general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and municipal lease participations.

BTMSX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in bonds, including the following types of U.S. dollar-denominated debt obligations: U.S. government and other public-sector entities; asset-backed and mortgage-backed obligations of U.S. and foreign issuers; Corporate debt of U.S. and foreign issuers; money market instruments. It invests primarily in investment-grade debt obligations, rated at the time of purchase by at least one major rating agency, but may invest up to 10% of its net assets in high yield bonds.

BUBSX

The fund invests primarily in equity securities of both U.S. and non-U.S. companies with medium to large market capitalizations (i.e., those typically with market capitalizations in excess of U.S. $5 billion at the time of purchase). It will invest at least 40% of its total assets at the time of purchase in non-U.S. companies. The fund will normally be diversified among at least three different countries, including the United States. It invests in developed markets and emerging markets.

CCGSX

The fund invests primarily in equity securities of non-U.S. companies with medium to large market capitalizations (i.e., those typically with market capitalizations in excess of U.S. $5 billion at the time of purchase). It will invest at least 65% of its total assets at the time of purchase in non-U.S. companies. The fund will normally be diversified among at least three countries other than the U.S. It invests in developed markets and emerging markets.
