The fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. issuers, including up to 5% of its total assets in debt securities of emerging market issuers.

It invests primarily in debt securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government, its agencies or instrumentalities or non-U.S. governmental entities; debt securities of U.S. and non-U.S. corporate issuers; and mortgage-related securities, and asset-backed securities. The Fund aims for current income and long-term capital growth by primarily investing in dividend-paying equity securities of U.S. companies, focusing on undervalued stocks with strong fundamentals and management ownership.

PYEQX

The investment seeks a high level of current income; capital appreciation is a secondary objective. Normally, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of borrowings, if any, for investment purposes) in debt securities. For purposes of satisfying the 80% requirement, it may invest in derivative instruments that provide exposure to such debt securities or have similar economic characteristics.

RCRYX

The fund primarily invests in mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, and other securitized asset instruments, with a focus on structured investments like credit linked notes and adjustable rate mortgage loans. It may also invest significantly in "sub-prime" mortgage-related securities and is non-diversified.

SYFFX

Normally, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in below investment grade (high yield) debt securities and preferred stocks. Debt securities rated below investment grade are commonly referred to as "junk bonds" and are considered speculative. The fund may invest in high yield securities of any rating, including securities where the issuer is in default or bankruptcy at the time of purchase.
