The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks of companies included in the S&P 500 Index, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. The index is a well-known stock market index that includes common stocks of 500 companies representing the large-capitalization segment of the U.S. equity market.

The fund invests substantially all of its assets (at least 80%) in securities listed in the S&P 500 Index, which is composed of approximately 500 leading U.S. publicly traded companies from a broad range of industries (mostly common stocks). The fund's investment results are expected to correspond to the aggregate price and dividend performance of the S&P 500 Index (the index) before the fees and expenses of the fund.

The Fund aims to provide regular distributions and attractive total returns with lower volatility than the S&P 500 Index by investing in a U.S. equity portfolio that replicates the Index's price movements and selling call options on a portion of the portfolio to enhance risk-adjusted returns.

SWPPX

The fund seeks long-term total return by investing primarily in large domestic companies to track the S&P 500 Index, aiming to closely match its overall investment characteristics.

TRSPX

The Victory 500 Index Fund seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P 500 Index by investing at least 80% of its assets in the common stocks of companies comprising the index, holding each stock in approximately the same proportion as its weighting in the index.

USPRX

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, all, or substantially all, of its assets in assets in common stocks represented in the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. The index is an equal-weighted version of the S&P 500 Index, which is a well-known stock market index that includes common stocks of 500 companies representing the large-capitalization segment of the U.S. equity market. The fund can invest in derivative instruments including futures contracts.

VADDX

The fund is a "feeder" fund that invests all of its assets in the Master Portfolio of MIP, which has the same investment objective and strategies as the fund. At least 90% of the value of the fund's assets is invested in securities comprising the S&P 500 Index. The percentage of the fund's assets invested in a given stock is approximately the same as the percentage such stock represents in the S&P 500 Index.
