The Evolve Levered Bitcoin ETF (LBIT) seeks to provide investors with capital-efficient exposure to approximately 1.25x the daily price of Bitcoin by holding spot Bitcoin and using cash borrowing to add modest leverage. The fund targets a leverage ratio of 25% of its net asset value and rebalances within two business days if leverage exceeds 27% of NAV.
