The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings made for investment purposes) in the stock of domestic and foreign issuers that are participating or benefitting from the development of the resources in the Mid-North America area. It may invest in companies of any size. The companies in which the fund invests may include smaller companies that have recently commenced operations and do not have significant revenues.

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in dividend-paying equity securities, including common stock and preferred stock, of companies. It normally invests at least 65% of its net assets in equity securities that have consistently increased dividends for a period of at least 10 years. The fund may invest up to 30% of its net assets in foreign equity securities.

IDIVX

Under normal market conditions, the fund is managed using a blended growth and income investment strategy. It seeks to invest primarily in domestic common stocks, balancing its investments between growth and dividend-paying stocks, depending on where value is in the stock market. The fund may also invest in stocks that are currently not paying dividends, but offer prospects for future income or capital appreciation.

IGIAX

The fund invests in a group of low-quality, high-risk, high yield corporate debt obligations. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus any borrowings made for investment purposes) will be invested in corporate bonds rated Baa by Moody's Investors Service ("Moody's") or BBB by S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") or lower. While there are no restrictions on maturity, the fund's portfolio generally has an average maturity of less than ten years.

IHFAX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in municipal securities that pay interest free from federal income taxes, including the federal alternative minimum tax, and Kansas personal income taxes. It may invest up to 30% of its net assets in U.S. territorial obligations, the interest on which is exempt from federal and Kansas personal income taxes.

KSMUX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in municipal securities that pay interest free from (a) federal income taxes, including the federal alternative minimum tax, and (b) Maine personal income taxes. It may invest up to 30% of its net assets in U.S. territorial obligations, the interest on which is exempt from federal and Maine personal income taxes.

MEMUX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in municipal securities that pay interest free from (a) federal income taxes, including the federal alternative minimum tax, and (b) Nebraska personal income taxes. It may invest up to 30% of its net assets in U.S. territorial obligations, the interest on which is exempt from federal and Nebraska personal income taxes.

NEMUX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in municipal securities that pay interest free from (a) federal income taxes, including the federal alternative minimum tax, and (b) Oklahoma personal income taxes. It may invest up to 30% of its net assets in U.S. territorial obligations, the interest on which is exempt from federal and Oklahoma personal income taxes.

OKMUX

To pursue its objective, the fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in municipal securities that pay interest free from (a) federal income taxes, including the federal alternative minimum tax, and (b) Montana personal income taxes. It is non-diversified.

VMTTX

The investment seeks the highest level of current income that is exempt from federal and North Dakota personal income taxes and is consistent with preservation of capital. To pursue its objective, the fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (including any borrowings for investment purposes) in municipal securities that pay interest free from (a) federal income taxes, including the federal alternative minimum tax, and (b) North Dakota personal income taxes. It is non-diversified.
