Centerspace is a U.S. real estate investment trust (REIT) focused on the ownership, management, acquisition, development, and redevelopment of apartment communities. The company owns roughly 60 apartment communities comprising approximately 12,000 homes, primarily concentrated in mid-sized markets across Colorado, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Utah. Formerly known as Investors Real Estate Trust (IRET), Centerspace trades primarily on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol CSR; WXC1.F is the EUR-denominated Frankfurt cross-listing of the same underlying U.S. equity.
