The Schwab Fundamental US Large Company Index Fund (SFLNX) seeks to track the Russell RAFI US Large Company Index, which weights companies by fundamental measures such as adjusted sales, retained operating cash flow, and dividends plus buybacks rather than market capitalization. This fundamental-weighting approach gives the fund a value tilt relative to traditional cap-weighted large-cap index funds. It launched in April 2007.
