Range Resources Corporation is an independent U.S. energy company focused on the exploration, development and acquisition of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs) and oil properties in the Appalachian Basin. The company sells natural gas to utilities, marketing and midstream companies, and industrial users; NGLs to petrochemical end users, marketers/traders and natural gas processors; and oil to refiners, transporters and marketers. Range Resources was formed through the 1998 merger of Lomak Petroleum and Domain Energy, trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol RRC, and is also listed in Frankfurt under RAX. RAX.F is the EUR-denominated Frankfurt listing of the same underlying U.S. equity.
