The Federated Hermes MDT Market Neutral ETF (MKTN) is an actively managed market neutral equity ETF that seeks long-term capital appreciation while limiting exposure to general stock market risk. The fund employs a quantitatively-driven strategy, balancing long positions in U.S. common stocks predicted to outperform against short positions in stocks predicted to underperform. As a market neutral fund, returns are expected to be uncorrelated to the direction of the general stock market. Managed by MDT Advisers, a division of Federated Hermes.
