Hedgeye Index Adds ETF is an actively managed equity fund that seeks long-term capital appreciation by systematically positioning ahead of expected forced buying from index funds when new constituents are added to major U.S. equity indices, including the S&P 500, S&P 400, S&P 600, and Nasdaq-100. The fund uses proprietary machine learning models to forecast likely index additions, holds up to 40 names that satisfy or are close to satisfying inclusion requirements, and exits positions at the close on the day a company is added to its target index. By rule, the fund never holds a current S&P 500 constituent.
