It may invest without limitation in securities in companies domiciled outside the United States either directly or through ADRs. From time to time, the fund may invest a substantial portion of its assets in the stock of companies in one or more sectors of the economy, such as the technology, industrial, healthcare and life sciences sectors.

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in dividend paying securities. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes) is invested in the securities of dividend paying companies. The fund may invest in a particular type of security without limitation but limits its investment in a particular industry and in MLPs to less than 25% of its net assets.

The investment seeks current income while maintaining the potential for capital appreciation. The fund has significant flexibility to achieve its investment objective by primarily investing in a broad universe of income-producing securities. These securities include debt and equity securities of companies in the U.S. and other markets around the world. Its investments in foreign securities may be made, either directly or through American Depository Receipts, without limitation.

ETIMX

The mutual fund focuses on investing in income-producing securities issued by entities aligned with social and environmental considerations. It may invest in bonds with a maturity between three and nine years.
