The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of companies in emerging (less developed) markets and other investments that are tied economically to emerging markets. Generally these investments include common stock, preferred and preference stock, depositary receipts, participation notes or warrants, and exchange-traded funds that invest in emerging markets. It may invest up to 10% of total fund assets in companies in less developed emerging markets not included in the EM Index.

The fund aims to invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of companies in emerging markets, including various equity-linked instruments. It may also allocate up to 10% of total assets to companies in less developed emerging markets not included in the EM Index.

CEMVX

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies in developed countries outside the U.S. and of companies in the U.S. Normally, it invests the majority of its total assets in companies that pay dividends or repurchase their shares. The fund may invest up to 25% of its total assets in companies in emerging (less developed) markets. It will invest at least 40% of its total assets in a number of countries outside the U.S.

CGVIX

The fund invests primarily in companies both in developed markets - excluding the United States (the "international value portfolio") - and in emerging markets (the "emerging markets portfolio"). Normally, it will invest in companies in at least ten foreign countries. The percentage of the fund’s total assets in emerging markets investments is not expected to be greater than the weight of emerging markets in the ACWI ex USA Index multiplied by two, and can be as low as zero.

CIOVX

The Causeway International Value Fund seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing in undervalued foreign large-cap companies, primarily in developed markets, using a value-oriented investment strategy.

CIVIX

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies in developed countries outside the U.S. Normally, it invests at least 80% of its total assets in stocks of companies in a number of foreign countries and invests the majority of its total assets in companies that pay dividends or repurchase their shares. The fund may invest up to 15% of its total assets in companies in emerging (less developed) markets.

CIVVX

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of companies with smaller market capitalizations located in developed and emerging markets outside the U.S. The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of companies with smaller market capitalizations. Smaller market capitalization companies have market capitalizations that do not exceed the highest market capitalization of a company included in the fund's benchmark, the MSCI ACWI ex USA Small Cap Index (Gross), at the time of purchase.
