The fund's manager considers a company to be a medium capitalization company if it has a market capitalization (stock market worth), at the time of investment, between $1 billion and the market capitalization of the largest company in the Russell Midcap Index.

The investment seeks a positive return based on a combination of income and, secondarily, capital growth. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in fixed-income securities and derivatives that provide exposure to fixed-income securities. The fund's investments may be of any maturity or duration, although, under normal market conditions, it's dollar-weighted average maturity is expected to be under three years.

TFBYX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests primarily in fixed-income securities and derivatives that provide exposure to fixed-income securities. The fund's investments may include fixed-income instruments of any maturity or duration. It may invest in other investment companies, including ETFs and government money market funds, REITs and restricted securities. The fund may invest a significant portion of its total assets in non-investment grade securities, and in U.S. Treasury obligations.

TFGPX

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 65% of its total assets in the equity securities of companies based in at least three different countries located outside the United States, which may include developed and emerging market countries. It may invest principally in equity securities of value companies, which may include common stock, convertible securities, depositary receipts and U.S. dollar-denominated foreign stocks traded on U.S. exchanges, and preferred stock, although the fund also may invest in growth companies.
