The Dodge & Cox Global Stock Fund (DODWX) aims to achieve long-term growth of both principal and income. The fund tracks the MSCI All-Country World Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 40% of its total assets in securities of non-U.S. companies and at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities. This includes various types of securities, such as common stocks, preferred stocks, depositary receipts that represent ownership of common stocks, convertible securities that can be turned into common stocks, and securities that provide the right to purchase common stocks.
