BBH Limited Duration Fund aims to provide maximum total return with capital preservation by actively managing a low-duration, taxable bond portfolio focused on durable, well-managed credits, primarily targeting U.S. fixed income markets with a portfolio duration under two years.

Under normal circumstances at least 80% of the net assets of the fund, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, are invested in equity securities of companies in the developed and emerging markets of the world, excluding the United States. The fund will primarily invest in equity securities of companies with large market capitalizations. It may invest up to 35% of its assets, at the time of purchase, in emerging markets of the world.

BBHLX

The investment seeks to protect investor's capital and generate attractive risk-adjusted returns. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in municipal bonds that pay interest that is generally excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes (except that the interest paid by certain municipal securities may be includable in taxable income for purposes of the federal alternative minimum tax).

BBIIX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in large capitalization publicly traded equity securities. It primarily seeks to buy common stock and may also invest in preferred stock. The fund's strategy is based on fundamental business analysis and a long-term orientation that blends aspects of growth and value investing. It is non-diversified.

BBLIX

The mutual fund invests primarily in mid-cap equity securities, with a focus on common stock of domestic and foreign issuers. Additionally, it may invest in large and small-cap publicly traded equity securities.

BBMIX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in a well-diversified portfolio of fixed income instruments, including floating or variable rate debt instruments. It intends to invest only in debt instruments which are performing, durable, and available at an attractive valuation.
