The fund invests primarily in equity securities of both U.S. and foreign companies, including companies based in developed or emerging markets. It is permitted to invest in companies of any size, but typically will not invest in companies with market capitalizations below $1 billion. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 40% of its assets in countries other than the U.S.

The fund invests primarily in equity securities of companies of any size in order to provide investors access to superior opportunities in companies of all market capitalizations. The fund’s strategy is rooted in the contrarian investment philosophy of the Adviser, which depends on three interrelated tenets: patience, focus and independent thinking. It is non-diversified.

ARFFX

The fund invests in small/mid cap undervalued companies that show strong potential for growth. It invests primarily in equity securities of U.S. companies that have market capitalizations within the range of the companies in the Russell 2500TM Index, measured at the time of initial purchase.

ARGFX

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests in mid-capitalization undervalued companies that show strong potential for growth. It invests primarily in equity securities of U.S. companies that have market capitalizations within the range of the companies in the Russell Midcap Index, measured at the time of initial purchase. The fund’s strategy is rooted in the contrarian investment philosophy of the Adviser, which depends on three interrelated tenets: patience, focus and independent thinking.
