new to the game so maybe dumb question....looking at qyld...are dividends included in performance numbers?

Good evening, I am new to this as well. How can I add weight, and what does that mean? Additionally, how can I transfer my portfolio from Fidelity to this platform? I attempted the CSV download and import process, but it did not allow me to upload it. I would appreciate your assistance. Thank you.
