The easiest option is to export your watchlist to a CSV file and then import it as a new portfolio. First, navigate to 'My Watchlists', open your desired watchlist, and then click 'export' -> 'as CSV'. Next, go to 'My Portfolios' -> 'new portfolio', click the 'import' button, and select the exported watchlist CSV file.
