Has the inflation-adjusted performance & drawdown feature been eliminated?

Hi, no, it hasn't. The "Adjust for inflation" setting is available in the performance tool and drawdowns tool:

How do I know which portfolio the tool is analyzing? I have three portfolios.

You can use the load button in the top right of the portfolio selector to select which one to analyze:
