Mesirow Enhanced Core Plus Fund (MFBVX)
The investment seeks to maximize total return through capital appreciation and current income consistent with preservation of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in fixed income securities and other financial instruments with economic characteristics similar to such securities. Fixed income securities include securities issued or guaranteed by the U.S. government and its agencies or instrumentalities, municipal bonds, corporate bonds, residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, convertible securities, and etc.
