The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of U.S. companies with market capitalizations at the time of investment that are similar to the market capitalizations of companies within the collective range of the Russell 2000 Index and Russell Microcap Index. It may also invest up to 10% of its net assets in securities of foreign issuers.

MOPIX

The investment seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks. It invests in common stocks of U.S. companies with market capitalizations that, at the time of investment, are similar to the market capitalizations of companies whose stocks are included in the S&P 500 Index and the Russell 3000 Index. The fund may also invest in securities of foreign issuers.

MSOAX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in stocks as represented in the Standard & Poor's 500 Index in the same proportion, to the extent feasible. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in options and futures contracts to maintain cash reserves, while being fully invested, to facilitate trading or to reduce transaction costs.

MSPIX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in municipal debt securities. It invests in an actively managed, diversified portfolio of tax-exempt municipal debt securities. The fund invests in investment grade securities. It may also invest up to 10% of its net assets in taxable municipal debt securities. Normally, the fund will have a dollar-weighted average maturity of three years or less.

MSTIX

The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in bonds. It will generally seek to maintain a weighted average duration within 2.5 years (plus or minus) of the duration of the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index. The fund may invest up to 20% of its total assets in securities denominated in foreign currencies.

MTMIX

The fund invests in equity securities issued by companies of any size or market capitalization range. While it does not limit its investments to issuers within a particular capitalization range, it generally invests in large capitalization companies. The fund may invest in securities of foreign issuers, including securities of emerging market country issuers.

MUBFX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of foreign companies, including securities of emerging market country issuers. It may invest in securities of foreign issuers in the form of depositary receipts or other securities that are convertible into securities of foreign issuers. The fund will invest in small, mid, and large capitalization companies.
