The fund seeks to replicate the performance of the S&P 500 Index by investing in substantially all of its securities in approximately the same proportions.

WBREOX

The fund is a "feeder" fund that invests all of its assets in the Master Portfolio of MIP, which has the same investment objective and strategies as the fund. Under normal circumstances, at least 90% of the value of the fund's assets, plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes, is invested in securities comprising the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Index.

WFBIX

The investment seeks total return, consisting of current income and capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 60% of its net assets in municipal securities that pay interest exempt from federal income tax, but not necessarily the federal alternative minimum tax; up to 40% of its net assets in municipal securities that pay interest subject to federal AMT; up to 40% of its total assets in below investment-grade municipal securities; up to 20% of its total assets in inverse floaters; and up to 10% of its net assets in corporate debt securities.

WFCMX

The fund is a "feeder" fund that invests all of its assets in the Master Portfolio of MIP, which has the same investment objective and strategies as the fund. At least 90% of the value of the fund's assets is invested in securities comprising the S&P 500 Index. The percentage of the fund's assets invested in a given stock is approximately the same as the percentage such stock represents in the S&P 500 Index.

WFSPX

The fund seeks to provide investors with a combination of current income and capital appreciation by investing primarily in a diversified portfolio of common stocks and employing a strategy of writing call options on equities to generate gains from option premiums.
