The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its assets in equity securities of non-U.S. companies that meet certain financial and environmental, social, and governance ("ESG") criteria. It invests in securities of any size, but generally focuses on larger, more established companies. The fund invests primarily in securities of companies domiciled in developed markets, but may invest up to 30% of its net assets in securities of companies domiciled in emerging and frontier markets.

The fund invests primarily in U.S. large-cap companies with a history of paying dividends and typically holds 65 to 90 companies. It may temporarily hold more cash if suitable investment opportunities are limited.

TQCAX

The fund primarily invests in income producing fixed income securities, including corporate debt, government securities, and preferred stocks. It may allocate up to 20% of its assets in emerging markets debt securities.

TQPAX

The investment seeks maximum total return consistent with the preservation of capital. The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its assets in fixed-income securities. It invests in a diversified portfolio of securities of different maturities including U.S. Treasury securities, U.S. government agency securities, securities of U.S. government-sponsored enterprises, corporate bonds, mortgage-backed securities, commercial mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, municipal bonds, collateralized loan obligations and cash equivalent securities including repurchase agreements, commercial paper and variable rate demand notes.

TSDOX

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation.  The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in equity and equity-related securities issued by companies in "emerging" or "frontier" market countries. It invests primarily in a portfolio of equity securities such as common stock, preferred stock, and depositary receipts. The fund is non-diversified.

TSEGX

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including borrowings for investment purposes) in common stocks of small capitalization U.S. companies. A small capitalization company has a market capitalization within the range of market capitalization represented in the Russell 2000  Index, the S&P SmallCap 600 Index, or the Dow Jones U.S. Small Cap Total Stock Market Index at the time of purchase. The size of the companies in these indices will change with market conditions. The fund will hold securities of approximately 30 to 40 companies. It is non-diversified.

TSFIX

The investment seeks to provide investors with long-term capital growth. The fund normally invests in equity securities of large- and mid-cap companies (generally, companies with market capitalizations of approximately $2.5 billion or higher) that the fund's sub-advisor believes are undervalued. As part of this strategy, the fund may invest up to 15% of its assets in foreign equity securities. Equity securities include common and preferred stocks and depositary receipts.

TVLYX

The fund invests, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its assets in common stocks of companies with small market capitalizations. For purposes of the fund, a small capitalization company has a market capitalization at the time of purchase within the range represented in the Russell 2000  Value Index at the time of purchase. The market capitalization range of the Russell 2000  Value Index will change with market conditions. The fund will hold approximately 80 to 115 securities.
