It invests primarily in investment grade and non-investment grade debt, preferred stock, convertible bonds, bank loans, high yield bonds, municipal bonds and SPACs. The fund will invest in securities of various credit qualities and maturities. It is expected that, under normal market conditions, at least 40% of its assets will be invested in the securities of companies that are tied economically to at least three countries outside the U.S.

DGFFX

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in equity securities. The fund's assets will primarily be invested in foreign equity securities, including emerging market and frontier market equity securities, of any capitalization. It is expected that, under normal market conditions, at least 40% of the fund's assets will be invested in the securities of companies that are tied economically to at least three countries outside the U.S.

The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the equity securities of large capitalization companies. The investment seeks current income. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities. It will normally be constructed with an average duration of three years or less. The fund primarily invests in bonds, debt, fixed income and income-producing instruments issued by governmental or private-sector entities, including mortgage-backed securities, asset-backed securities, junk bonds, corporate debt, foreign securities, inflation-indexed bonds, bank loans and assignments, collateralized loan obligations, preferred securities and SPACs.

DLDFX

The investment seeks capital appreciation with reduced correlation to equity and fixed income markets.  The adviser employs a strategy intended to generate long term growth across market cycles with reduced correlation to the equity and fixed income markets. The adviser employs a "multi-manager" strategy whereby the Adviser allocates the fund&#39;s assets among professional money managers, each of which is responsible for investing its allocated portion of the fund&#39;s assets. The fund may invest a significant portion of its assets in a particular geographic region or country, including emerging markets countries.

DMSFX

The investment seeks long term capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the equity securities of small- and mid-capitalization companies. It invests primarily in common and preferred stock, rights or warrants to purchase common or preferred stock, securities convertible into common or preferred stock such as convertible preferred stock, bonds or debentures, and other securities with equity characteristics. The fund may invest a portion of its assets in securities of micro-cap companies.
