The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of preferred and debt securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies. It also will invest at least 25% of its net assets in the financial sector. The fund may invest without limit in securities of non-U.S. companies, which may be non-U.S. dollar denominated, including up to 15% of the fund's net assets in securities issued by companies domiciled in emerging market countries.

CPXIX

Cohen & Steers Institutional Realty (CSRIX) primarily invests in common stocks and other real estate company equity securities, typically investing most of its assets in these types of securities. It may also invest up to 20% of its total assets in foreign companies that meet the same investment criteria as domestic companies. These foreign investments can include American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), and European Depositary Receipts (EDRs). The fund is not diversified, meaning it may concentrate its investments on a relatively small number of companies.





CSRIX

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks and other equity securities issued by real estate companies. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in securities of foreign issuers which meet the same criteria for investment as domestic companies, including investments in such companies in the form of American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") and European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs").

CSRSX

The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. and non-U.S. common stocks and other equity securities issued by infrastructure companies, which consist of utilities, pipelines, toll roads, airports, railroads, marine ports, telecommunications companies and other infrastructure companies. It invests at least 40%, unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by the Advisor, in which case the fund would invest at least 30%, of its total assets in companies organized or located outside the U.S. or doing a substantial amount of business outside of the U.S.

CSUIX

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests primarily in U.S. and non-U.S. investments providing exposure to the following asset classes: (i) preferred and debt securities; (ii) real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts (“REITs”); and (iii) infrastructure companies. It may invest without limit in companies located outside of the U.S. or doing a substantial amount of business outside the U.S. and in securities of non-U.S. companies, which may be non-U.S. dollar denominated.

DVFIX

The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in a portfolio of non-U.S. real estate equity securities. Real estate equity securities include common stocks, preferred stocks and other equity securities issued by real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts (REITs) and similar REIT-like entities. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in U.S. real estate equity securities, including U.S. REITs. The fund may invest up to 15% of its total assets in emerging market companies.

IRFIX

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter ("OTC"). It also will invest at least 25% of its net assets in the financials sector, which is comprised of the bank, diversified financials, real estate (including real estate investment trusts ("REITs")) and insurance industries.

LPXZX

The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in Master Limited Partnerships ("MLPs") and Related Companies. It may invest up to 25% of its total assets directly in MLPs that are "qualified publicly traded partnerships" ("QPTPs"), which are treated as partnerships for U.S. federal income tax purposes and are defined more specifically in the provisions applicable to regulated investment companies ("RICs"). The fund may also invest up to 50% of its net assets in foreign securities. It is non-diversified.

MLOZX

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies. It may invest a significant portion of its assets in OTC preferred and income securities. The fund also will invest at least 25% of its net assets in the financials sector. It may invest without limit in securities of non-U.S. companies including up to 15% of the fund's net assets in securities issued by companies domiciled in emerging market countries.

PISHX

The fund allocates at least 80% of its net assets to U.S. and non-U.S. investments providing exposure to or investment in the following real asset classes: (i) real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts ("REITs"); (ii) commodities; (iii) natural resource companies; (iv) infrastructure companies; and (v) gold and other precious metals. It may also invest in certain short-term fixed income securities to manage portfolio volatility.
