It may invest in stocks for which there is relatively low market liquidity, as periodically determined by the Adviser based on the stock's trading volume.

The Bridgeway Global Opportunities Fund seeks long-term positive absolute returns while limiting exposure to general stock market risk. It employs a dollar-neutral strategy, investing in both long and short positions across global developed and emerging equity markets.

BRGOX

The investment seeks to provide a long-term total return on capital, primarily through capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in ultra-small company stocks based on company size at the time of purchase. It aims to achieve its objective by approximating the total return of the Cap-Based Portfolio 10 Index (the "index") published by the University of Chicago's Center for Research in Security Prices ("CRSP") over longer time periods. The Adviser invests in a representative sample of the companies included in the index.

The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of small-cap stocks that are listed on the New York Stock Exchange, NYSE American, and NASDAQ. The Adviser selects stocks within the small-cap value category for the fund using a statistical approach.

The investment seeks to provide a long-term total return on capital, primarily through capital appreciation. The fund invests in a diversified portfolio of common stocks of ultra-small companies. It invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) in ultra-small company stocks based on company size at the time of purchase. The fund may invest up to 15% of its total assets in foreign securities. It may engage in active and frequent trading of portfolio securities.
