The index is a rules-based, systematic strategy index calculated in U.S. dollars, providing exposure to an equal-weighted portfolio of high-yield ETFs.

The fund invests in financial instruments that ProFund Advisors believes, in combination, should produce daily returns consistent with the fund's investment objective.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond, before fees and expenses, to 120% of the daily price movement of the Long Treasury Bond for U.S. government securities on a daily basis.  The fund employs as its investment strategy a program of investing in U.S. government securities and derivative instruments, which primarily consist of futures contracts, interest rate swaps, and options on securities and futures contracts. It will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in fixed income securities issued by the U.S. government (and derivatives thereof).
