CXGCX

The investment seeks to maximize total return, consistent with reasonable risk, by seeking to optimize capital appreciation and high current income under varying market conditions.  The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets in convertible securities. It may invest up to 100% of its assets in securities that are rated below investment grade; however, the fund will not invest more than 10% of its assets in non-convertible debt securities rated below B. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets in other securities, such as common or preferred stocks and non-convertible debt securities.

FISCX

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities. It also focuses primarily on convertible securities of corporate issuers with debt rated below investment-grade (below Baa3 by Moody's or below BBB- by S&P or Fitch), commonly referred to as "high-yield" or "junk" bonds.

HICSX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in a diversified portfolio of convertible securities issued by U.S. and foreign companies. Convertible securities may include corporate bonds, debentures, notes, preferred stocks, and any other securities that can be exchanged for equity securities or provide an opportunity for equity participation.

LCFYX

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets (defined as net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in convertible bonds. The managers define convertible bonds as including synthetic convertible bonds and other securities that the advisor identifies as having characteristics similar to convertible bonds.

MCIFX

Under normal conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (defined as net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in convertible bonds. MCPIX

The investment seeks capital appreciation together with current income.  The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in "convertible securities" such as bonds, debentures, corporate notes, and preferred stocks or other securities that are convertible into common stock or the cash value of a stock or a basket or index of equity securities. The balance of the fund may be invested or held in non-convertible debt, equity securities that do not pay regular dividends, U.S. government securities, and cash or cash equivalents.

MCSVX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in convertible securities. It may invest up to 15% of its total assets in Eurodollar convertible securities and up to an additional 20% of its total assets in foreign securities. Most convertible securities are not investment grade-rated. The fund also may invest directly in equity securities.

PACIX

Under normal conditions, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in convertible securities. Convertible securities are "hybrid" securities that possess both fixed income and equity characteristics. The fund will generally invest primarily in investment-grade instruments. It is non-diversified.

PBXIX

The fund invests mainly in convertible securities of U.S. companies. Convertible securities combine the investment characteristics of bonds and common stocks. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of the fund's net assets in convertible securities. Convertible securities include bonds, preferred stocks and other instruments that can be converted into or exchanged for common stock or equivalent value. A significant portion of the convertible securities are below-investment-grade.

PCONX

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in convertible securities, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It may invest in securities of any market capitalization or credit quality, and may from time to time invest a significant amount of its assets in securities of smaller companies. The fund may invest up to 20% of its net assets in common stocks, non-convertible preferred stocks, and non-convertible fixed income securities.
