The investment seeks total return through growth of capital and current income.  The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of real estate and real estate-related issuers, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It invests primarily in real estate investment trusts (REITs) and equity securities (including common and preferred stock, and convertible securities) of domestic and foreign issuers. The fund will provide exposure to investments that are economically tied to at least three different countries, including the U.S.

AGREX

The investment seeks a high level of current income; capital appreciation is a secondary objective. The fund invests 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of issuers which (i) are principally engaged in the real estate industry, (ii) are principally engaged in real estate financing or (iii) control real estate assets with an aggregate estimated value equal to no less than 50% of such issuer's assets. It may invest up to 35% of its net assets in foreign securities. The fund may invest in companies of any market capitalization. It is non-diversified.

AIGYX

The investment seeks long-term total investment return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of equity real estate investment trusts ("REITs") and companies of any size market capitalization which primarily own, manage and invest in underlying real estate assets. Therefore, it invests at least 25% of its net assets (i.e., concentrates) in the real estate industry.

APRIX

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities of real estate investment trusts, or REITs, and other real estate industry companies, such as real estate operating companies. It invests in U.S. and non-U.S. issuers. The fund invests significantly (at least 40%--unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by the Adviser) in securities of non-U.S. companies. It invests in the equity securities of companies located in at least three countries.

ARIIX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in the equity securities of real estate investment trusts, or REITs, and other real estate industry companies, such as real estate operating companies, or REOCs. It invests in U.S. and non-U.S. issuers. Under normal circumstances, it invests significantly (at least 40%--unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by the Adviser) in securities of non-U.S. companies. In addition, the fund invests, under normal circumstances, in the equity securities of companies located in at least three countries.

ARSYX

The investment seeks high total investment return through a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities issued by real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other companies engaged in the real estate industry (collectively, real estate securities). It invests primarily in equity securities of companies located in developed countries world-wide (including the United States), but may also invest in emerging markets. Normally, the fund will invest at least 30% of its assets in securities of issuers located outside the United States.

ARYVX

The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in the securities of real estate and real estate related issuers, and in derivatives and other instruments that have economic characteristics similar to such securities. It may invest up to 30% of its net assets in below-investment grade securities (commonly known as "junk bonds") of real estate and real estate related issuers.

ASRAX

The investment seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of real estate equities in developed markets. The fund seeks to track the investment results of the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Index, which measures the stock performance of companies engaged in the ownership, disposal and development of income-producing real estate in developed countries as defined by FTSE EPRA/NAREIT. It generally invests at least 90% of its assets, plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes, in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index.

BIRDX

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes (measured at the time of purchase) in a portfolio of equity investments in issuers that are primarily engaged in or related to the real estate industry inside the United States. It may invest up to 20% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in a portfolio of equity investments in issuers that are primarily engaged in or related to the real estate industry outside the United States and fixed-income investments.

BIREX

The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in REITs and other securities in the real estate industry. Under normal market conditions, the manager will attempt to achieve its investment objective by investing, as a principal strategy, at least 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowing for investment purposes) in publicly traded equity securities of real estate companies listed on a domestic or foreign exchange, throughout the world, including the United States (the "80% Policy").

BLRYX

The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund normally invests 80% of its net assets for the long term in equity securities in the form of common stock of U.S. and non-U.S. real estate and real estate-related companies of any market capitalization, and in companies which, in the opinion of the Adviser, own significant real estate assets at the time of investment ("real estate companies"). It will invest more than 25% of its net assets in the real estate industry.

BREIX

The investment seeks a combination of capital appreciation and current income. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in real estate income-producing securities and other real estate securities of any market capitalization, including common stocks and equity securities, debt and preferred securities, non-U.S. real estate income-producing securities, and any other real estate-related yield securities. It is likely to maintain a significant portion of its assets in real estate investment trusts ("REITs").

BRIIX

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in real estate securities. Investments made by the fund are in issuers in real estate and related industries (i.e., those issuers whose fortunes are impacted by the real estate market). It invests primarily in equity securities (including common stock and preferred stock and securities convertible into common stock) as well as in the debt securities of companies in real estate industries.

CNREX

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets (net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes) in common and preferred stocks of U.S. real estate investment trusts ("REITs") and other real estate companies. The Sub-Adviser may invest in companies with any market capitalization. However, the Sub-Adviser will generally not invest in companies with a market capitalization of less than $100 million at the time of purchase.

CRARX

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets (including the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of companies principally engaged in the real estate industry, including REITs. It may invest in equity REITs, mortgage REITs and hybrid REITs.

CREEX

The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in income-producing common stocks and other equity securities issued by real estate companies, such as real estate investment trusts ("REITs"). It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in securities of foreign issuers (including emerging market issuers) which meet the same criteria for investment as domestic companies, including investments in such companies in the form of American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") and European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs").

CSEIX

Cohen & Steers Institutional Realty (CSRIX) primarily invests in common stocks and other real estate company equity securities, typically investing most of its assets in these types of securities. It may also invest up to 20% of its total assets in foreign companies that meet the same investment criteria as domestic companies. These foreign investments can include American Depositary Receipts (ADRs), Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), and European Depositary Receipts (EDRs). The fund is not diversified, meaning it may concentrate its investments on a relatively small number of companies.





CSRIX

Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in common stocks and other equity securities issued by real estate companies. It may invest up to 20% of its total assets in securities of foreign issuers which meet the same criteria for investment as domestic companies, including investments in such companies in the form of American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs"), Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") and European Depositary Receipts ("EDRs").

CSRSX

The fund invests at least 80%, and usually substantially all, of its total assets in common stocks and other equity securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. real estate companies, including real estate investment trusts and similar REIT-like entities. It will invest significantly (at least 40%-unless market conditions are not deemed favorable by the advisor, in which case the fund would invest at least 30%) in real estate companies organized or located outside the U.S. or doing a substantial amount of business outside the U.S.

CSSPX

The fund will seek to use derivatives, or a combination of derivatives and direct investments, to provide a return that approximates the performance of the DigitalBridge Fundamental US Real Estate Index. The manager expects normally to invest an amount approximately equal to its net assets directly in a portfolio of debt securities while also maintaining notional exposure to the index, providing the fund with economic exposure to the index in an amount up to the value of the fund's net assets.
