It also provides aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul services; aircraft training systems; and compact advanced satellite 500 and defense satellite, and multi-purpose satellites, as well as space launch vehicles. Korea Aerospace Industries, Ltd. was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Sacheon-si, South Korea.
